About the job

As our sales pioneer in ShiftX you'll be responsible for the whole sale funnel and onboarding. You’re responsible for your own portfolio and bugdet. You'll also be able to create partnership and long term relationships with Enterprise decisions makers. 


    Job description and requirements

    🚀 What you will be doing:

    • Work closely with our CGO to grow the ShiftX client base
    • Be responsible for your sales funnel  
    • Build a long-term partnerships with decision-makers
    • Be an ambassador for our company
    • Building SDR playbook

    💜 We would love it if you had:
    • The ability and desire to learn new skills quickly
    • Entrepreneurial mindset
    • Experience with selling B2B tech / experience in a SaaS company 
    • Fluent in written and spoken English
    • 3+ years of sales experience

    • Startup experience
    • Knowledge to process management 
    • A genuine passion for technology and people
    • A large existing network
    • Fluent written and spoken Norwegian, Danish and/or Swedish
